Hi. So what happens if it goes wrong? Wrong Size - Send it back to us and we will post out a replacement on receipt. You pay to post it back, we don’t charge for replacement postage (first time). Wrong colour – The same as for wrong size (see above) If a replacement is not available in your size or colour, we will refund the cost of the item. Please note: As many clothing items are subject to the vagaries of fashion, there may not be any more stock, so we could offer a different colour or style. In this case it is probably worth calling us to discuss the options available.
Faulty Items – Send it back to us and we will replace it, or if that's not possible we will refund it. Some discussion may be advisable as above, as there may be alternatives available. ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU PUT IN A NOTE SAYING WHO YOU ARE AND EXACTLY WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO. Details of the original payment are also helpful.
