Jack Wolfskin Swift Hip bag

SWIFT A spacious but lightweight hip bag with plenty of pockets for travel documents, money and small items. The main compartment also has a mobile phone pocket and a key carabiner. On the outside, four zipped pockets provide easy access to essential items.

A very light polyamide fabric with a high tearstrength rating. We use it for our Trekking and Hiking rucksacks. The light-weight nylon fabric is inter-woven with ripstop reinforcement threads every few millimetres.

If the fabric tears, the rip is stopped by the stronger threads, hence the name: ripstop. This type of construction saves weight and is very robust.
